    THREE QUALITY GUITARS
I will be giving an individual description of each Guitar Model starting with the TOM CAT and the rest of the Guitar inventory .
   "THE TOM CAT"
Picture
  THE TOM CAT
The look and feel was inspired by the once impeccably made, rockabilly guitars
of a bygone era.  It has a rich and full driving sound any guitarist would admire.
The Tom Cat is very versatile, yet great for western swing, rockabilly or rock.
Remember that great classic “Filter-Tron Sound” we all have in our heads?  It
has been incorporated  into  the Tom Cat.  With the TV Jones classical pickups
the vintage twang and growl of the 50’s are once again yours!

The OM-1 model was  first made by C.F. Martin, with a single cutaway, and
14 frets to the body joint. This model is well suited to the finger style player, giving a
well – balanced sound with good separation and sustain. The beauty of our OM-1 is
the technology and time we take to give her the feel and sound you asked for. When
you hold the OM-1 you’ll understand WHY Peretta Guitars takes pride in building what
you ask for.  The OM-1 in the photo was built for Ron Higginbotham and he asked
if we could build the top out of "White Pine" we suggested other woods but he insisted.
Well to make along story short the OM-1 turned out beautifully and sounds
Superb.

 "THE DAYTONA"
Picture
THE "PERETTA "DAYTONA" http://www.thetorkays.com/
                           "THE DAYTONA"
Was inspired by one of my first guitars, with the sunburst color.  The technology
of the Daytona is far superior.  She has a feel of her own. We gave The Daytona
everything that a guitarist looks for, especially the action and feel of the neck.
The Daytona is masterful in playing any style of music from jazz, country to rock.

We felt there was a need to create an Arch top, Laminated, Hollow-body electric
Guitar that parallels the superior American quality (comparable to Gretsch and
Gibson) of yesterday years. With the "Daytona"  We have bridged that gap and fused modern
technology into a vintage-feel, custom-made guitar.  Just imagine…….. the
finest, quality handcrafted guitar that considers the most minute and exotic of
features. There is little question that a Peretta Guitar is the perfect choice!

TERMS

Let me first express my gratitude for your interest in Peretta Guitars.  Great
pleasure and pride is involved with each guitar built.  Rest assured that my
number one goal is your ultimate satisfaction.

The following will detail the build process for your new guitar: ordering, payment,
design, construction, shipping, returns and warranty information.

I will personally consult with you regarding all relevant details of designing and
creating your new guitar.  A Peretta Guitar is a customized work of art that
considers the most minute and exotic of features.  Considering this, it is
necessary to develop a work-order list that will approximate total cost.  Only
when a deposit has been received is a price finalized.  A deposit in the amount
of $1000.00 (U.S. Dollars) is required to secure a price quote and begin the
construction process.  In the case of exceptionally rare woods or highly intricate
design, a greater deposit may be necessary.  Halfway through the build process,
50% of the remaining balance will bring your guitar to completion.

Please understand that a Peretta Guitar is not a “cookie-cutter” designed
instrument by any means, and that all build times are approximate.  However,
every effort will be made to meet estimated timelines.  Furthermore, as the birth
of your guitar ensues, certain selected options and features become reality and
are unchangeable.  We hope to make the process as personal as possible to
ensure that you are certain of desired specifications.

Payment of the remaining balance is due at the notice of your guitar’s
completion.  Only when the balance is paid in full via certified funds that have
cleared bank processing, will an instrument be shipped or available for pickup.

The fruition of your new guitar is a momentous occasion, worthy of a toast of fine
champagne!  With corks flying and drinks flowing, please take note of our
warranty policy.  Under no circumstance will a guitar be warranted for any
damage resulting from accident, misuse, negligence, wear and tear, theft, or
“acts of God”.  Additionally cracking of wood or lacquer due to exposure to
extreme temperature or humidity are not covered under warranty.  Major repairs,
alterations, modifications, etc. performed on the guitar by anyone other than
Peretta Guitars without prior authorization may void this warranty.

Peretta Guitars does guarantee the workmanship and non-electric materials for
the lifetime of the instrument.  This guarantee is valid only for the original owner
and his/her heirs and is non-transferable.  All liability ceases upon the
incapacitation/death of the builder.

We understand that it is occasionally a necessity to cancel an order in progress.
Peretta Guitars is willing to negotiate terms or refund depending on the existing
state of order completion.  Such contingencies must be communicated
immediately to avoid further complications.  The discretion of refund lies with
Peretta Guitars.  Costs to ship the instrument for refund or repair are borne by
the customer.

Now with all the legal matters covered, I am excited to be able to get back to the
workshop to continue building fine custom-designed guitars.  Let’s discuss
making my next project your new Peretta Guitar
